I work for a construction management company in western NY state and we are currently working on renovating a hospital called Mercy Hospital located in Syracuse NY. When L4D was in development the project was pretty involved but now we are finishing up. Kind of a funny coincidence. Remodeling Plan
We all know the the 28th & 29th floors are under construction rather than being changed. It might be worth a note that the 29th has a set of blueprints titled Remodeling Plans, implying the floors already existed in some sense. Fadm tyler 12:41, October 31, 2010 (UTC)

PayDay: Mercy Hospital[]
In PayDay, Mercy Hospital is shown in it's pristine state and it's implied that either the heisters started the epidemic or it had already spread silently in the hospital but would it be considered canon?
